Benecor is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in industrial sales, customer service, and operations within the petroleum equipment and fueling infrastructure industry.

Inside sales & computer Representative


The successful candidate will support customers throughout the sales process by preparing quotations, processing orders, answering product inquiries, maintaining customer records, assisting with parts fulfillment and shipping, technical support for products in the field, and actively pursuing new business opportunities. This role combines customer support, inside sales, and business development responsibilities, providing valuable exposure to technical products, B2B sales, inventory management, and customer relationship development.

job responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding Benecor products, replacement parts, and system configurations.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and sales orders using company software systems.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate products and accessories based on application requirements.
  • Actively identify, contact, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound phone calls, email outreach, and follow-up activities.
  • Develop relationships with prospective customers, distributors, contractors, and end users to generate new sales opportunities and expand Benecor's customer base.
  • Follow up on open quotations, sales leads, and inactive accounts to drive additional revenue.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and document sales activities within company systems.
  • Support the outside sales team with lead follow-up, quote tracking, and customer communications.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation initiatives.


Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound phone calls and email inquiries.
  • Provide professional and timely support regarding product availability, order status, shipping information, and basic technical questions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and vendors through exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Parts & Order Fulfillment

  • Assist customers in identifying replacement parts and accessories.
  • Pick, package, label, and prepare parts orders for daily shipment.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas.
  • Assist with inventory counts and inventory management activities as needed.


Technical Product Support

  • Develop a working knowledge of Benecor's storage, dispensing, and fueling systems.
  • Utilize product manuals, technical documentation, and internal resources to assist customers with basic troubleshooting and product support.
  • Escalate advanced technical issues to engineering or senior team members when necessary.


Administrative & Systems Support

  • Enter customer, order, and inventory information into company software systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, reporting, and general office administration.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental projects as assigned.

Qualifications


Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to make outbound sales calls and develop new customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull packages weighing up to 50 pounds.


Preferred

  • Previous customer service, inside sales, business development, order processing, warehouse, or inventory experience.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, ERP systems, inventory management software, or CRM platforms.
  • Interest in industrial equipment, mechanical systems, manufacturing, petroleum equipment, or technical products.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Regular handling and packaging of parts and components.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.

Compensation & Benefits
